I’ll be teaching a Japanese yoga class for emotional release and resilience at 2 pm. Feel clear, relaxed and free of emotional baggage. People loved this class last year.

At 4 pm, I’ll be assisting Yoga Day organiser, Janie Larmour, with shiatsu for back pain. It’s sure to be a super-relaxing way to round out a fantastic day, after a wide variety of yoga and yoga-related offerings.
