Content delivery

This short course involves both theory and practice. The theoretical information is designed to give you a broader understanding of internal energy work across different traditions and how to apply it in practice. The practical component is essential for experiencing and embodying the effects of the internal energy work in your own mind and body. The theory includes figures (all created from scratch by Adele — no AI used), and the practical component includes videos for learning the techniques until you become independent in your practice.

Although the course itself is short, only taking about 3–4 hours to complete once through, the meditation and pranayama techniques taught here have profound benefits if practised daily for months or even years. Ideally, for beginners, you would practice each meditation technique, one at a time, until you feel the effects are fully integrated into every moment of your life before moving on to the next technique. For experienced yogis, the amount of time spent on each technique will, of course, depend on your level and type of prior experience.

The pranayama (breathwork) technique of advanced bhastrika is highly recommended as a daily practice to be done before any of the meditation techniques here, or following an asana practice, or even in isolation.
