Children respond quickly to yoga therapy to efficiently improve function and structure, balance physical and mental development, and learn invaluable life skills.

    Adele specialises in helping children and teens feel heard and supported and able to express their feelings and emotions.

    In private consultations, you will learn highly targeted yoga therapy poses, breathing techniques and age-appropriate relaxation or meditation techniques to practice at home to address your child’s mental, physical and emotional health needs and goals.
