Yoga For Good Annual Retreat, 21–23 Sept 2025 —

Catch Adele at the Yoga For Good Annual Retreat

This year’s annual Yoga For Good Foundation retreat is a wonderful opportunity to learn the deep meditation practice of yantras. It will be held at Swami’s near Castle Hill, Sydney, 21-23 Sept. I’ll be teaching several classes, including Japanese yoga for spring and Sanskrit mantra calligraphy.

So, if you're curious about yantras or increasing your creativity ... love singing and music around an outdoor firepit under the stars ... want to try glamping in beautiful, serene bushland (or have a lovely, affordable room) ... wish to learn deep yogic practices from highly experienced teachers ... yearn to relax and rejuvenate in the spa and pool ... then this is the retreat for you.

It's a golden opportunity not to be missed for serious yogis, curious peeps, and mums/dads who need a restorative break. Tickets are very affordable with options to suit all budgets.

I’m honoured to be presenting several times at the YFG Retreat this year. My Japanese yoga therapy class for spring/ Wood element will help reduce pain in the body, improve eyesight, increase joint flexibility, improve fat metabolism, assist with detox, spark creativity and open up inner vision (and help everything else governed by the Liver and Gallbladder meridians).
